Strength and Conditioning Trainer: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sports Science or related fields + certifications like ASCA Level-1 or CSCS.
Yoga Instructor: Bachelor’s degree + 6-month Yoga instructor course + minimum 2 years of experience.
